At Zendesk, a software-as-a-service company, I worked on the customer education team to enable customers to succeed using help desk tools and services. I designed and developed courses for on-demand, online offerings for customers of Zendesk Support and Zendesk Chat. Additionally, I worked with internal subject matter experts to conduct research on the product and customers, and both design and build courses based on the product and product releases.
