Sometimes a physical disable person has complex of their physical disabilities due to which they loose their confidence and are unable to work confidently. 

Here I represent a poster series of disability is not inability which describes that physical disability shouldn't be looked as a disability. Instead society should focus on the abilities and not disabilities.
