Crosswood is a collection of three seats, composed by a chair, an easy chair and a stool that belong from a very simple concept: the use of just one material. The wood is the unique protagonist.
The main focus of the project is to make it sustainable and completely disposable. All the seats components are joined by wooden pin and joint, avoiding the use of the screw. The assembly and dis-assembly of it is easy and, in case some components breaks, his substitution is immediate, so that the durability of each seat become a peculiarity of the product.
Some of the seats components are trasversal in the collection, so that the total number of pieces that compose the collection is reduced, getting more space in the warehouse.
