This drawing project required that we explore and practice multi-sensory observational skills through recording, notations and collecting. Tone, value, structure, volume, perspective and typography was explored and a hike of the Coetzenburg mountain was thus documented using the techniques mentioned above. The end result was the creation of complex, multidimensional narratives that used drawing as research and the formation of relationships between thinking, doing and creating.
