All of these projects were created while I worked at Synesthezia, an agency headquartered in the United States and with clients and team members located in both the US and Brazil. At the agency I worked as an strategic planner and social media content creator and strategist.
Ouro Fino Syntropic Farm
Ouro Fino Syntropic Farm is a client from Bahia - Brazil, specialized in syntropic farming utilizing agroforestry principles. At Synesthezia Agency, besides actively participating in the strategic planning and promotion of "Kings of the Land" (the 2022 NYX Award Winner Video Project), I was also responsible for producing engaging social media content for the client. I used Asana to distribute the creative team's workflow and Facebook Creator Studio to schedule Instagram and Facebook posts.

syntropic agriculture and teaches participants how to sustainably transform unused land into productive, biodiverse areas integrated with nature. The course features Henrique Sousa, a specialist in syntropic agriculture, who takes the viewer inside his own agroforestry practices via dynamic animations, hands-on experiences, and an interactive blackboard."
LUSS Institute
LUSS (Logistics Uniting Sustainability and Solidarity) Institute is a Brazilian NGO whose main goal is to bring water to the semi-arid regions of Piauí, giving back food security and autonomy to the region's population through the construction of sustainable cisterns, which collect rainwater and guarantees a 6 month of autonomy for families of up to 6 people. When working at SNTZ Agengy, besides having the opportunity to work on the client's 3D MUSE Awards Winner Video Project as an strategic planner, I was also responsible for their social media content production. Every month, I delivered a new editorial calendar with themes and bilingual captions in Portuguese and English. I also scheduled posts and coordinated the production of online and offline content using Asana to distribute the creative team's workflow and Facebook Creator Studio for scheduling posts.

She lives in a quilombola community called Boi Morto, close to São Raimundo Nonato, in the state of Piauí.

I also had the opportunity of working with this client on the 3D MUSE Awards Winner Video Project telling how the LUSS Institute changed Dona Francisca's life for the better. The goal of the video was to promote LUSS Institute work to new potential collaborators and donors. In this project, my tasks consisted of strategic planning, distributing the workflow between the creative and audiovisual teams, and negotiating deadlines with the client.

Quick Countertop and Cabinets
I created daily and seasonal social media content for Quick Countertop, a Maryland (USA)-based company that produces countertops and cabinets for its clients. I created an engaging monthly content calendar with themes and captions, selected images for the posts and wrote the brief for the graphic designer using Asana. I also scheduled Instagram and Facebook posts using Facebook Creator Studio and created content for 3-4 emails the company sent to its clients every month.
During my time at the agency, we won the 2021 Muse Creative Award-Silver in the Social Media category.
