The opportunity 🔥
99ads is looking for an Art Director Assistant. You will be responsible for supporting the Art Director in achieving the agency's goals, while ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of creative projects.
Important things:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: This includes copywriters, designers and project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and of the highest quality.
Help maintain the agency's brand and creative standards: Review all creative batches for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
Understand marketing and branding principles: This includes messaging, positioning, and target audience identification.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective ad formats.
Task management: Always pay attention to detail and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the agency remains innovative and competitive.
Participate: Partake in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to help the agency win new business and create effective campaigns.

Requirements 🎯
🎤 Fluent English (C1 and above - written and verbal)
🖥️ At least 1 year of experience working as an assistant Art Director/similar role.
📱 Strong understanding of social media platforms and their ad formats.
🚀 Exceptional attention to detail.
📊 Strong decision-making skills.
Additional Requirements 🏆
Previous experience working for an agency is beneficial.

Full time (Monday to Friday)
