This role is responsible for content creation, digital presence, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms. We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented designer to boost our design output while maintaining brand identity. 

The role involves content production, social media asset creation, and design oversight, collaborating closely with our team to elevate brand engagement and connection with the audience.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation: 

Generate diverse, high-quality content for our website and social media channels. Collaborate with the internal team. Stay ahead of digital trends to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.

Optimize Design efforts:

Create visual content, ensuring brand consistency across digital and print materials. This includes creating engaging graphic element variations, newsletters, email templates, and other marketing materials that effectively communicate our mission and attract our target audience.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop, illustrator),

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

High-level social media and web experience 

Canva / video editing is nice to have; not a need

3+ years of experience in content creation and design
