The architectural concept of residential buildings in the Ethnodvor represents a collection of traditions from 11 countries of Southeast Asia, reinterpreted in
modern materials and methods of construction. The countries are divided into 4 groups according to the principle of similarity of the traditional architectural dwellings. The main theme of the architecture of Southeast Asia is roofing. Its shape determines the appearance of the building. Therefore, each group of townhouses has its own roof shape, the most common in the region. In many regions of South-East Asia used dwelling on stilts , which is also in the form of townhouses. A single terrace unites all 4 groups of buildings. Under the terrace is a public space. Residential buildings consist of 4 types of blocked housing: 28 m², 50 m², 54 m², 65 m².
