Vizwerks was asked to design 4 Flagship stores in 4 cities for New Era Cap. Inside this ask was to design a wall that displayed New Era's long history. This was achieved by using historical images laid out in a timeline fashion, printed on wood to give the images an aged feel. Physical caps were also used to show how the caps had changed over time. New Era provided antique and new caps for this display. We also used 2 screens to show additional images and video content that could be easily updated to stay current, give the wall movement, and draw in the viewer. Each square plaque was set off the wall in varying distances to give the wall depth and interest. At the center was a large back lit logo that could be seen from outside the store. The History Wall was a great success inside the stores. We installed History Walls inside Flagship stores in Chicago, LA, Miami, and New Orleans.
